SIMPLE STEPS TO STOP EMAILS FROM DELETING FROM SERVER

First step is log in to your Microsoft outlook application on your laptop or desktop device. 

Second step is done when the outlook opens up then click on file at the top right corner of your application. 

Third step is to click on account settings which will open up a pop up interface that displays your accounts that you must have created. 

Fourth step is to select the account that you want to effect the changes and then, click on change settings on the top menu of the interface.

Fifth Step is to look at the right hand corner below and then click on the more settings. This will open up a smaller interface which you will now have to select the advanced menu option.

Sixth option is to click on the option which says "LEAVE A COPY OF MESSAGE ON SERVER" and then save your options.
