Joey Harris Obituary - Bloomington, Illinois, is in mourning over the loss of one of its own, Joey Harris, whose vivacious spirit and bright future were brought to an abrupt end by a tragic event. Joey, who was born in Tampa, Florida, on August 9, 1991, was a guy who brought happiness and laughter to everyone who knew him. His untimely death has left a hole in the hearts of his family and friends, but they will always cherish his memory. His memory will be treasured permanently. As a member of the Class of 2010, Joey graduated from Noblesville High School, which marked the beginning of his journey. With a strong desire to realize his ambitions, he continued his education at Ivy Tech, where he also began his apprenticeship as an ironworker with the Local #22 Ironworkers Union. During the time that he was honing his skills in this demanding yet rewarding profession, his dedication and work ethic were immediately apparent.

In addition to being a source of pride and happiness for his parents, Joey Harris was the son of Jeffrey and Julia (Sokal) Harris. In everything that he did, his enthusiasm for life and his determination to achieve success were readily apparent. Joey's love and admiration extended to his extended family, which included his godmother, Lynn Ayres, as well as his aunts and uncles, Kenny and Marlene Cain, Jim and Susan Davis, Chris and JoAnn Darby, and others. He is also survived by some cherished cousins who will always remember him with affection and cherish him in their hearts. Even though Joey was only here for a short period, he left an indelible mark on this world. His contagious laughter, genuine kindness, and unflinching loyalty left an indelible mark on the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His presence brought warmth and light into every room he entered, and he left an indelible mark on those who were fortunate enough to be able to call him a friend.

His grandparents, whose love and guidance he treasured throughout his life, passed away before Joey. Joey is the only child of his grandparents. Even though his physical presence is no longer with us, his spirit continues to live on in the hearts of those who had the good fortune to possess the opportunity to know him. Beginning at one o'clock in the afternoon on April 26th, a memorial service honouring Joey's life will be held at the farm owned by Kenny and Marlene Cain, which is situated to the east of Darlington, Indiana. The purpose of this get-together is to celebrate the wonderful life of Joey Harris by reminiscing, telling stories, and paying tribute to his legacy. During this time of coming together to remember Joey, let us take comfort in the memories we shared with him and the love he brought into our lives. Even though he is no longer with us, his spirit will continue to shine brightly for all eternity, illuminating our path even through the darkest of days with his unending light. Have a peaceful rest, my dear Joey. You are going to be sorely missed, but your memory will endure in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving you.
