Terry lived a life that was characterized by a profound dedication to serving both his community and his country. In his capacity as a Program Analyst for the Department of Defense and as a veteran of the United States Air Force, he committed himself to the protection and defense of his country with great honor and integrity. The fact that Terry never wavered in his commitment to his job and to his country was a clear indication of his morals and principled beliefs.

Terry was an active member of the Fredericksburg Jaycees, where he made contributions to the community that will last for a long time and formed meaningful connections with his fellow members. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Terry was also a proud member of the organization. Everyone who knew him was left with a lasting impression because of his abundance of generosity, kindness, and willingness to lend a helping hand.
